We''re looking for PGCE-qualified Tutors to support children and young people across the BCP area through personalised 1:1 tuition.

Working on behalf of Local Authorities, you''ll provide tailored educational support to learners ranging from primary age through to post-16. Every placement is different, giving you the opportunity to work with a variety of age groups, subjects, and learning needs while helping students achieve positive outcomes.

Many of the learners we support require alternative educational provision and benefit from a tutor who can build confidence, adapt learning to individual needs, and create a positive educational experience.

• Pay Rate: -2530 per hour
• Type: 1:1 Tuition

Requirements

• PGCE qualification
• Minimum 6 months'' experience working in an educational setting, including teaching, tutoring, learning support, mentoring, teaching assistant, or similar roles
• Ability to deliver engaging and personalised learning sessions
• Experience supporting learners with SEND, EHCPs, or additional needs is desirable
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Patient, adaptable, and proactive approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
• Driver preferred; alternatively, willingness to travel locally across the BCP area
