We''re looking for PGCE-qualified Tutors to support children and young people across Hampshire through personalised 1:1 tuition.

Working on behalf of Local Authorities, you''ll provide tailored support to learners of all ages, from primary through to post-16 education. Many students require alternative educational provision due to SEND, anxiety, school avoidance, medical needs, or other barriers to learning.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a PGCE who are looking for flexible work that allows them to use their teaching skills in a more personalised setting while making a genuine difference to vulnerable learners.

• Location: Hampshire
• Age Range: Primary, Secondary & Post-16
• Start Date: September
• Hours: Flexible
• Pay Rate: -2530 per hour
• Type: 1:1 Tuition

Requirements

• PGCE qualification
• Minimum 6 months'' experience in an educational setting, including teaching, tutoring, teaching assistant, mentoring, learning support, or similar roles
• Ability to deliver engaging and personalised learning sessions
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience supporting learners with SEND, EHCPs, or additional needs is desirable
• Patient, adaptable, and learner-focused approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
• Driver preferred; alternatively, willingness to travel locally across Hampshire
