Start Date: Immediate We are working with a leading PFI consultancy seeking an experienced PFI Consultant to join its growing team, supporting a portfolio of operational PFI projects across the UK. The business specialises in two key areas: technical advisory to end clients on their PFI projects and handback surveys and best-practice assessments. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across both areas, with a mix of desktop-based technical work, site surveys and direct client interaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical advisory services to clients across operational PFI projects. Undertake handback surveys, condition assessments and technical reviews. Carry out desktop reviews of project documentation, existing surveys and contractual requirements. Undertake site inspections across England and prepare clear technical reports.
