PFI Senior Asset Manager Location: North WestSalary: Up to £72,000 Plus £7,500 car Plus 20% BOnus Hybrid Flexioble working We are supporting a leading infrastructure investment and asset management organisation in their search for an experienced PFI Senior Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of operational PFI projects in the North West.This is a key leadership position with responsibility for the overall performance, governance, and commercial success of the Project Companies, ensuring strong relationships stakeholdersThe RoleThe successful candidate will take ownership of the operational, commercial, and contractual delivery of the PFI agreements, acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders and ensuring that all obligations are met. You will lead on performance oversight, variation management, and lifecycle coordination, while providing assurance to the Board on financial, technical, and compliance matters.Key Responsibilities Lead the operational and commercial management of multiple PFI contracts.Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders including facilities managementOversee performance monitoring, payment mechanisms, and lifecycle delivery.Manage contract variations and ensure alignment with financial models.Prepare and present reports to the Project Company Boards.Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, risk management, and statutory obligations.Drive continuous improvement and protect long-term asset value.
