PFI Operations Manager

PFI Operations Manager - Bristol - Salary plus Car, up to 6% pension. 24 days holiday with option to buy more.

An experienced Operations Manager is required to lead a high-profile PFI contract across Avon & Somerset Courts, including Bristol Magistrates Court, North Somerset Courthouse, and Queensway House.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in PFI contract management, who can confidently navigate the complexities of compliance, lifecycle planning, and stakeholder engagement within a public sector environment. You''ll lead a team of up to 20, ensuring operational excellence and contractual performance across three critical sites.

P&L -10m a year. You must have previous PFI Contract Management experience
