PFI Asset Performance ManagerLocation: North West (Preston and Greater Manchester) Hybrid Salary: £45,000 + Company Car or £5,550 Car Allowance + Excellent BenefitsThe OpportunityWe are recruiting for a PFI Asset Performance Manager to join a well-established organisation managing a portfolio of healthcare PFI/LIFT assets across the North West.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PFI/PPP, Property, Estates, Asset or Contract Management professional looking for a varied, client-facing role combining contractual performance, asset management, stakeholder engagement and operational delivery.You will work closely with healthcare stakeholders, FM providers, tenants and other partners to ensure contractual obligations are met and the portfolio continues to perform effectively throughout the concession period.The Role Managing the day-to-day performance of a specified property portfolio.Ensuring LIFT buildings are effectively maintained and contractual obligations are met.Monitoring FM contractor performance against contractual requirements, KPIs and SLAs.Ensuring compliance with contractual, operational and reporting requirements.Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders, FM providers, tenants and other partners.Reviewing FM and contractual documentation and identifying issues requiring action.Supporting contract changes, variations and operational improvements.Assisting with operational and Board reporting, project trackers and ..... full job details .....
