PFI Asset Performance Manager Location: North West (Hybrid)Salary: £43,000 + Company Car or £5,550 Car Allowance (circa £48,550 package) + Excellent Benefits We are recruiting for a PFI Asset Performance Manager to join a friendly, inclusive and established property and asset management organisation with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality services, building trusted partnerships and investing in its people.This is an excellent opportunity to manage the day today operational performance of a portfolio of PPP/PFI healthcare assets across the North West.
