We are looking for tutors who can connect with young people who may have become disengaged from education, experienced significant gaps in learning or struggled to remain within a mainstream school environment . About the Role The students we support may have experienced periods of non-attendance, exclusion or disruption to their education. As a result, they may lack confidence in their academic ability or find it difficult to engage with traditional classroom-based learning. The focus of this role is re-engagement . You will build positive relationships with students, establish trust and deliver flexible, engaging sessions that are adapted to their individual interests, abilities and learning gaps.
