Pest Control Technician

Mayfair Compliance Group is looking for a Pest Control Technician to serve domestic and commercial customers across the west midlands. This is a field-based role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently and helping customers protect their properties. You ll investigate pest activity, choose appropriate control measures, carry out treatments and give customers clear advice on preventing future issues. You ll also keep accurate records of each visit and follow all relevant safety procedures. Key responsibilities Visit customer premises to inspect for pests, identify the extent of activity and find likely access points or contributing conditions. Develop and carry out suitable treatment plans, including follow-up visits where needed. Use pesticides, traps and other control methods safely, in accordance with product instructions, company procedures and applicable regulations. Explain findings, treatments and prevention measures to customers in straightforward terms. Complete service reports, treatment records and risk assessments accurately and on time. Maintain your equipment, stock and vehicle to the required standard. Manage your daily schedule and respond professionally to customer queries. What you ll bring Experience in a pest control role. An RSPH/BPCA Level 2 Award in Pest Management, or an equivalent qualification. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel Confidence dealing with customers in homes and workplaces.
