Pest Control Technician Location: Leicestershire and Surrounding Areas Job Type: Temp to Perm Our client is looking for a Pest Control Technician to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role involves providing effective pest management services to residential and commercial customers while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities Carry out pest inspections, treatments, and preventative measures at customer premises. Identify pest activity and recommend suitable control solutions. Install, monitor, and maintain pest control equipment. Complete service reports and maintain accurate records. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations and company procedures. Attend training and development activities as required. Requirements Previous pest control experience preferred. RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management desirable. Full UK driving licence with no penalty points. Strong communication and customer service skills. Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Professional, reliable, and flexible approach to work.
