Level 2 Pest Control Technician (Van-Based)
Location: Winchester / Southampton Area
Salary: -30,000 - -31,000 + Overtime + Commission (OTE -40k - -45k)

My client is seeking an experienced Level 2 Pest Control Technician to join their established team, covering the Winchester and Southampton area. This is a van-based role, offering a competitive salary with additional earning potential through overtime and commission.

Responsibilities:

* Carry out pest control treatments and proofing work in line with company and industry standards.
* Inspect, identify, and report on pest activity, recommending appropriate solutions.
* Maintain accurate service records and complete all necessary paperwork.
* Provide excellent customer service, offering advice and reassurance to clients.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety and environmental legislation.

Requirements:

* BPCA / RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management (or equivalent).
* Proven industry experience in pest control.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
* Professional and customer-focused approach.
