Pest Control Technician

Belmont Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Pest Control Technician for a temporary opportunity within the Newcastle area. This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, initially for three months. Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering effective pest control services across a range of properties, identifying pest issues and carrying out appropriate treatments in line with relevant health and safety requirements. Main Duties Carry out inspections to identify pest infestations and assess appropriate treatment methods Undertake pest control treatments across residential and commercial properties Provide advice to customers on pest prevention and control Complete relevant documentation and maintain accurate records Work safely and in accordance with relevant legislation and procedures Use pest control equipment and chemicals safely and appropriately Essential Criteria Previous experience working as a Pest Control Technician or in a similar role Relevant pest control qualification or certification Good knowledge of pest control methods and procedures Knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements Full UK driving licence Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload If you are interested in this position, please apply now with an up-to-date ..... full job details .....
