Personalisation Specialist
About the role
A fantastic opportunity is available for a Personalisation Specialist to join the team at Graypaul Ferrari Birmingham.
As a Personalisation Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers by initiating conversation and building rapport to excite them about this iconic brand. You will guide clients through the most expressive and emotional part of the Ferrari journey, translating individual vision into refined, precise and compliant configurations. You will combine deep product and process knowledge with storytelling and advisory finesse, acting as the direct interface with Ferrari HQ and ensuring that personalisation standards, tools and initiatives are flawlessly executed at dealership level.
This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
About you
Ideally, you will have previous experience of working in luxury retail. You will also have a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service. This is a key attribute of the position, along with a determination to expand your knowledge and inspire others; you will demonstrate enthusiasm and self-motivation to excel. We offer extensive training to allow you to develop expert knowledge of the Ferrari.
