Personalisation Manager
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Personalisation Manager to execute and support our client''s personalisation initiatives. This role focuses on the precise implementation of defined customer experience strategies, ensuring personalisation campaigns are configured correctly, deployed effectively, and deliver reliable insights. You will execute within and contribute to our established personalisation framework, working closely with the Personalisation Lead. Your primary focus will be on the flawless execution of initiatives to drive measurable business value through a data-driven approach. What you''ll be doing: Execution andamp; Operations: Execute day-to-day operations and tactical tasks for the global personalisation roadmap. Support the Personalisation Lead in identifying and executing high-impact personalisation opportunities. Contribute to managing project timelines, dependencies, and resources for personalisation initiatives, ensuring on-schedule delivery. Assist in tracking the Return on Investment (ROI) of personalisation efforts. Prepare performance reports on personalisation outcomes and insights for stakeholders. Collaborate with client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on planning, execution, and results. Personalisation Implementation: Apply Personalisation-Led Growth (PLG) principles in daily execution. Contribute to the continuous refinement of the PLG framework and best practices.
