Job Title: Personalisation Budget - Delivery and Monitoring Lead Salary: SPC 36 (£36,582) Responsible to: Head of Multiple Disadvantage Location: Working hours divided between BVSC Offices (Latham House, 33 - 34 Paradise Street Birmingham, B1 2AJ) and home address, as agreed by BVSC Hours of work: 35 hours Contract: 12 months fixed term PERSONALISATION BUDGET - Delivery and Monitoring Lead Are you confident using data and performance information to identify what is working and where improvements are needed? We are looking for a Personalisation Budget: Delivery and Monitoring Lead to support the delivery of a £1 million Personalised Budgets Programme, working in partnership with Birmingham City Council and Greater Change. The programme provides personalised financial support to help people overcome barriers to employment, education, stable housing and wellbeing, supporting greater independence and helping people to sustain their accommodation. Working with partners across housing, homelessness, health and the voluntary sector, you will support effective programme delivery, strengthen referral pathways and promote person-centred and trauma-informed approaches.
