Alongside your personal development, you will also be responsible for assisting in the management and development of the team''s more junior staff members. If desired, there is also the opportunity to assist with firm-wide advisory work alongside being involved with in-house committees. What you''ll need to succeed The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, having worked in a practice accountancy firm. You will possess strong technical knowledge and be confident in carrying out client-facing work with experience managing your own portfolio of clients.
