Your new role

As Personal Tax Manager, you will take responsibility for managing a varied portfolio of personal tax clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, entrepreneurs, trusts and partnerships.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of personal tax clients.
• Reviewing and preparing personal tax returns.
• Providing high-quality tax compliance and advisory services.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identifying tax planning opportunities and delivering bespoke advice.
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the tax team.
• Assisting Partners and Directors with complex advisory projects.
• Contributing to business development and networking activities where appropriate.

What you''ll need to succeed

• CTA qualified, ATT qualified or qualified by experience.
• Proven experience managing a personal tax portfolio within practice.
• Strong technical personal tax knowledge.
• Excellent client-facing and relationship management skills.
• Experience reviewing work and supporting junior team members.
• A proactive and commercial approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
