Tax Manager - Personal Tax Advisory Droylsden (Hybrid) £50,000 - £60,000 DOEButler Rose Public Practice is delighted to be supporting a growing accountancy practice in the recruitment of a Personal Tax Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a large and varied personal tax portfolio while playing a key role in developing the tax function. This role would suit an experienced personal tax professional with strong advisory expertise who enjoys building long-term client relationships, leading a team, and delivering both compliance and advisory services.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of approximately 300-350 personal tax clientsDeliver personal tax compliance alongside advisory work across Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax, Income Tax, Residence and Domicile, and wider tax planningBuild trusted relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contactIdentify tax planning opportunities and provide clear, practical adviceReview personal tax returns and ensure compliance with HMRC requirementsLead, mentor and support junior members of the tax teamWork closely with Directors on complex advisory projects and departmental growthKey RequirementsCTA or ATT qualification highly beneficial, qualified by experience (QBE) candidates are encouraged to applySignificant experience in UK personal tax within an accountancy practiceStrong personal tax advisory experience is essentialPrevious experience managing a client portfolioTeam management or ..... full job details .....
