The opportunity You''ll handle inbound enquiries from new and existing customers looking for motor and home insurance, helping them find suitable cover and turning enquiries into sales. Your responsibilities will include: Speaking with customers to understand their insurance requirements. Providing quotations and arranging suitable car, van and home insurance. Converting inbound enquiries into sales while delivering a professional, helpful service. Liaising with insurers where required. Maintaining accurate customer records and completing supporting administration.
