Personal Injury Solicitor (5+ PQE)Location: Doncaster (Office-based)Salary: Competitive, dependent on experienceThe OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join our established and highly regarded team in Doncaster. This is a key appointment, offering the opportunity to take over a substantial and well-managed caseload from a long-standing member of the team who is retiring after 33 years with the firm.This role would suit a confident and capable solicitor who is comfortable managing a high-volume caseload and is looking for long-term stability within a supportive and friendly working environment.The RoleYou will handle a varied caseload of claimant personal injury matters, including:Employers'' Liability (EL) claimsPublic Liability (PL) claimsGeneral personal injury mattersThe caseload is predominantly litigated and pre-litigated, requiring strong technical ability and sound judgement when progressing matters to settlement or trial where necessary.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a busy and diverse caseload of personal injury claims from instruction through to resolutionAssessing liability and quantumDrafting pleadings, witness statements, and schedules of lossConducting negotiations and advising clients on settlement strategyMaintaining high standards of client care and file managementWorking collaboratively within the wider teamAbout YouQualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in personal injuryStrong experience handling EL/PL ..... full job details .....
