This role is ideal for someone who wants a long-term regional position, working on a varied personal injury caseload while remaining closely connected to clients and colleagues across South Wales. Location: Pontypool or Cardiff - South Wales (hybrid and flexible working available) Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience and qualificationsThe Role You''ll manage a mixed caseload of personal injury matters, acting for both individuals and organisations, with a particular emphasis on:Workplace accident claimsPublic liability mattersRoad traffic accident (RTA) claimsCases will be run from instruction through to settlement or hearing, with appropriate autonomy and team support.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a varied personal injury caseload across workplace, PL, and RTA mattersProvide clear, practical, and empathetic advice to clientsLiaise with external stakeholders, including trade union representatives where applicableMaintain strong compliance and file management standardsSupport junior colleagues and contribute to team developmentAttend regional conferences, training, and networking eventsAbout You Essential:Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with practising rightsMinimum 2 years'' PQE (or equivalent ..... full job details .....
