Personal Injury Solicitor, Derry / Londonderry Overview Pathway is working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Derry to recruit a Personal Injury Solicitor. This opportunity has arisen through expansion. The firm currently has a team of 30 staff working across plaintiff personal injury litigation, offering the opportunity to join a substantial, specialist practice with a varied caseload. The role would suit a solicitor with personal injury experience who is keen to develop their career with access to ongoing training, mentoring and support. The Role You will manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury claims from initial instruction through to resolution. Responsibilities will include: Advising clients throughout the claims process. Preparing legal documentation and progressing claims efficiently. Liaising with insurers, medical experts and other legal professionals. Negotiating settlements and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients. Delivering a high standard of client care. The Person Qualified as a Solicitor in Northern Ireland, or eligible to practise in Northern Ireland. Experience in personal injury litigation. Strong communication, negotiation and case management skills. An organised, proactive and client-focused approach. Comfortable managing your own caseload and working collaboratively with colleagues.
