The firm promotes flexible working and can offer great career prospects.DescriptionThe Personal Injury Solicitor will be: Managing a caseload of litigated defendant EL and PL claims from inception through to trial Handling complex multi track matters valued up to £350,000 Acting on behalf of large retail and corporate clients Preparing cases for trial, including witness statements, disclosure and instructions to counsel Advising clients on litigation strategy, liability and quantum Conducting negotiations and settlement discussions where appropriate Ensuring compliance with the DCP and relevant procedural rules Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where required Building and maintaining strong client relationships Working collaboratively within a busy and high performing litigation teamProfileThe Personal Injury Solicitor should be: A solicitor or equivalent with ideally 5+ years PQE in ..... full job details .....
