Description The Solicitor / Senior Solicitor will be: Managing a varied caseload of personal injury matters including RTA, employer liability and public liability claims. Conducting liability, causation and quantum assessments to progress claims efficiently. Negotiating settlements with insurers and opposing representatives. Providing high levels of client care throughout the claims process. Contributing to the continued growth and success of a specialist litigation team.
