Role OverviewA leading, award-winning law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor to join its growing Occupier''s Liability (OL) and Public Liability (PL) team. Acting on behalf of claimants, you will manage a high-quality caseload of litigated matters from inception through to conclusion, covering both fast track and multi-track claims.This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded practice known for its strong pipeline of genuine, non-CMC referred work, offering a collaborative and supportive environment alongside clear financial incentives.Candidate Profile / Experience NeededQualified Solicitor, CILEX or equivalent with minimum 5 years'' PQEProven experience handling claimant OL/PL matters from cradle to graveStrong working knowledge of the Civil Procedure RulesExperience managing both pre-issue and litigated fast and multi-track casesConfident in drafting pleadings, witness statements, and legal documentsSkilled negotiator with strong advocacy experienceExperience using claims portals (essential)Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independentlyCommercially aware with a client-focused approachExperience with Proclaim (desirable)Motivated, proactive, and team-oriented, with the ability to support junior colleaguesWhat''s on Offer?Competitive basic salary of £55,000-£70,000 (dependent on experience)Generous, uncapped commission structure with no thresholdsHigh-quality caseload from strong, reputable referral sourcesSupportive and collaborative team ..... full job details .....
