The Opportunity You''ll handle a varied caseload of overseas personal injury matters, acting for clients injured abroad while on holiday, working overseas or travelling internationally. Typical claims include: - Accidents on package holidays - Foreign road traffic collisions - Incidents on cruise ships and aircraft - Employer, public and product liability matters with an international dimension Alongside running your own files, you''ll work closely with senior lawyers on high-value and group litigation matters. Key Responsibilities - Managing your own caseload of international PI claims - Taking detailed client instructions and drafting witness statements and schedules of loss - Instructing medical experts and reviewing medical evidence (including Part 35 compliant reports) - Obtaining and analysing medical records; preparing evidence bundles - Advising clients on funding arrangements including CFAs and ATE insurance - Instructing counsel and attending conferences - Drafting pleadings, court documents and orders - Maintaining core bundles for group action work About You You''ll ..... full job details .....
