This is a hands-on role where you''ll have real responsibility from day one, alongside support as you continue to develop your expertise.What you''ll be doingSpeaking with new clients and guiding them through the early stages of their claimsDrafting witness statements and handling key case documentationManaging disclosure and reviewing evidenceAssisting with the instruction of counsel and preparation of court documentsPreparing schedules of lossReviewing medical and occupational health evidence, including expert reportsAdvising on settlement options and negotiating outcomesWhat experience is requiredExperience in claimant litigation Background in personal injury or industrial disease work is helpful, but not requiredA proactive, organised approach and strong communication skillsIf this sounds of interest then ..... full job details .....
