This is a great opportunity for a defendant insurance lawyer to handle a varied caseload across Road Traffic Accident, Employers'' Liability and Public Liability claims while working within a supportive and ambitious team. The Role You''ll manage your own caseload of defendant fast-track and intermediate-track claims, advising insurer and public sector clients on liability, litigation strategy and settlement. You''ll handle matters through negotiation, mediation and litigation, with exposure to a broad range of complex casualty claims.
