This role is focused on providing exceptional legal advice, assistance and representation to clients within the Claimant catastrophic injury and clinical negligence section.Job Title: SolicitorDepartment: Personal InjuryLocation: Clifton Moor office (Hybrid/Remote working options available)Key Responsibilities:Provide expert legal advice on catastrophic injury and medical negligence claims, including spinal cord and brain injuries, cerebral palsy cases, fatal accidents, claims against hospitals and other serious injuries.Review medical records, negotiate settlements, issue proceedings, instruct counsel and obtain witness statements to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.Deliver empathetic and understanding client care, particularly for vulnerable clients.Participate in successful business development and marketing initiatives to grow the practice.Requirements:Solid Clinical Personal Injury background with ideally 3-8 years of experience.A positive, commercial approach to delivering legal advice.Ability to quickly fit in with the team and develop strong relationships with clients.Superb levels of client care with an empathetic and understanding approach.Experience in business development and marketing initiatives.Work-Life Balance:The firm understands the importance of work-life balance and offers flexible working ..... full job details .....
