Personal Injury Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE An established and successful legal practice is looking to recruit a Personal Injury Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2-5 years'' PQE to join its growing claimant team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced fee earner looking for a varied caseload, genuine career progression and the chance to work within a supportive team where quality client service is highly valued. The position You will take responsibility for a varied portfolio of claimant matters, dealing with cases from initial instruction through to settlement and, where required, trial. Your caseload is likely to include: Road traffic accident claims Employer''s liability and public liability claims Serious and complex injury matters Fast-track and multi-track litigation Litigated and non-litigated claims Clinical negligence work Alongside managing your own Personal Injury caseload, you will have the opportunity to become involved in Clinical Negligence matters, providing an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience.
