Personal Injury Litigation Solicitor (Claimant) Full-Time - 35 Hours per WeekHybrid Working Considered The Opportunity An established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Solicitor to join its claimant-focused Personal Injury team. The department handles a broad range of matters, including: Employer''s Liability claims Public Liability claims Road Traffic Accident claims Clinical Negligence matters This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 3 years'' PQE in personal injury litigation who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and progressive environment. Experience in clinical negligence and/or contentious probate would be advantageous but is not essential, as training can be provided where required. Key Responsibilities Manage a mixed caseload of personal injury matters from inception through to conclusion, including litigated claims Handle both pre- and post-litigation cases Work collaboratively with colleagues across the department Support business development and networking activities Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and referrers Candidate Requirements Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years'' PQE Proven experience handling a varied personal injury caseload, including litigated matters Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team ..... full job details .....
