JOB REF:4359. THE ROLE: • Manage your own caseload of defendant EL/PL claims • Assist partners on complex and high-profile litigation • Handle pre-action and litigated personal injury and property damage claims • Advise on regulatory investigations and prosecutions involving the HSE, police and CQC • Attend coroner’s inquests • Assist with policy coverage disputes and interpretation issues • Work on claims ranging from fast-track matters through to multi-million-pound, multi-party disputes • Dealing primarily with instructions from insurers on behalf of policyholders, plus direct non-insurance related instructions.
