This is an opportunity to join an established Personal Injury department, managing a varied caseload across a range of claimant and defendant matters. The role would suit a solicitor who is organised, self sufficient and confident managing their own caseload. The Role • Managing a varied personal injury caseload. • Handling accidents at work, excluding most industrial disease matters. • Handling public liability claims including trips and slips. • Handling road traffic accident claims, excluding generally whiplash matters. • Handling clinical negligence claims, excluding cases against therapists and mental health practitioners where there is no physical injury. • Handling defendant personal injury matters, including uninsured defendant cases. • Managing matters efficiently and maintaining strong client relationships. • Working closely with colleagues across the firm''s offices. • Maintaining accurate case records and progressing matters in accordance with relevant deadlines and procedures.
