You''ll be trusted to run your own files while developing your litigation expertise across Fast Track and Multi-Track work. The Role Handle claimant EL/PL claims from instruction through to conclusion. Manage Portal and non-Portal matters, predominantly Fast Track, with Multi-Track exposure. Run your own files with minimal supervision. Advise clients and deliver a genuinely personal service. Handle litigation, negotiations and legal documentation. Build relationships with clients and professional referrers. Contribute to the continued growth of the team.
