Personal Injury Senior Lawyer (Multi Track Accidents)Are you an accomplished Personal Injury Lawyer ready to take the next step in your career?Join our Multi-Track Accidents team at Thompsons Solicitors and play a key role in progressing high-value, complex accident claims.More about the role As a Senior Lawyer within our Multi-Track Accidents team, you will manage a caseload of complex, high-value multi-track personal injury claims, typically valued between £250,000 and £1,000,000. These matters arise from a range of serious accidents including road traffic collisions, workplace incidents and public liability claims, and require confident handling from instruction through to resolution.You will be responsible for leading cases from initial investigation through litigation to settlement or trial. This will include developing case strategy, instructing counsel and experts, preparing for and attending JSMs and ADR, and ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in line with client expectations. The work offers the opportunity to handle substantial claims involving significant injuries and quantum, while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the lifecycle of each case.Alongside managing your own caseload, you will support the wider team by providing technical guidance to junior colleagues, sharing best practice and contributing to maintaining high standards of case quality.
