This includes advising insurers and their insureds on matters arising from product liability, property damage, and aviation-related incidents.Your responsibilities will include:Managing and advising on complex personal injury claims, including catastrophic and high-value lossesDefending product liability and property damage claims across tortious, statutory, and contractual frameworksAssisting on multi-party and cross-border litigationProviding strategic legal advice to insurer and commercial clientsCollaborating with colleagues across international offices on global mattersSupporting ..... full job details .....
