Personal Injury Litigation Fee Earner - RTA Fast Track

We re currently looking for an experienced Fast Track Fee Earner to join a well-established and busy personal injury team. This is a great opportunity for someone confident managing their own caseload of RTA pre and post-litigated fast track claims, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering strong outcomes for clients. The role: You ll take ownership of a high-volume caseload, progressing files from instruction through to settlement or litigation. You ll be handling a mix of liability, quantum, and negotiation work, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and in line with CPR. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Managing a busy fast track RTA/MOJ caseload Assessing liability and reviewing medical evidence Drafting schedules of loss and court documents Negotiating settlements with insurers and third parties Progressing files through litigation where required Ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedural rules What we re looking for: Experience handling RTA fast track personal injury claims Strong understanding of CPR and litigation process Confident negotiator with a proactive approach Ability to manage a high-volume workload independently Strong communication and attention to detail What s on offer: Structured training and support Clear progression opportunities Friendly, supportive and fast-moving team environment If you re looking for your next step in personal injury law, we d love to hear from you. ..... full job details .....
