Personal Injury Fee Earner - Cycling Claims Team

We''re growing a specialist Cycling Injury team in Liverpool and looking for an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner who wants to build real expertise in a fast-growing, genuinely niche area of law - no law degree required, just proven casework experience and a sharp eye for detail. You''ll be working almost exclusively on cycling-related RTC claims, backed by a consistent flow of high-quality instructions, with senior support on hand for the trickier files. What you''ll be doing: Managing your own caseload of cycling-related personal injury claims, instruction through to settlement Assessing liability and quantum, gathering evidence, preparing clear documentation Liaising with clients, insurers, medical experts and third parties to move cases forward Working closely with solicitors and senior team members on more complex matters Maintaining excellent file management and compliance standards What you''ll bring: A genuine interest in cycling, road safety, or supporting vulnerable road users Proven experience handling a personal injury caseload as a fee earner or paralegal Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a client-focused approach Ability to manage a busy caseload and work well within a team What''s in it for you: Modern offices in Liverpool city centre, excellent transport links 23 days holiday + your birthday off + 8 bank holidays Income protection, dental plan, ..... full job details .....
