Personal Development Tutor Term Time Only (37 hours) PermanentAbout the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and student-focused Personal Development Tutor to deliver our Personal Development Tutorial Programme (BPC Grow), supporting students to succeed academically, personally, and professionally.This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in shaping student wellbeing, engagement, progression, and employability. You will help students develop the skills, behaviours, and resilience needed for adulthood and the world of work.Working collaboratively with curriculum teams, support services, and external partners, you will contribute to a high-quality, inclusive student experience aligned with College priorities and safeguarding expectations.What You''ll Be DoingAs a Personal Development Tutor, you will:Build strong, supportive relationships with a cohort of students, acting as a trusted point of contact to aid their transition into college lifeDeliver engaging, interactive BPC Grow tutorial sessions, workshops, and group activities using student-led approachesSupport students'' academic progress, wellbeing, confidence, and personal developmentMonitor attendance and engagement, working closely with teaching teams to drive improvementAct as a first point of contact for safeguarding and wellbeing concerns, applying appropriate procedures and signposting to specialist teamsProvide tailored support for vulnerable learners, including acting as a keyworker for Children in Care (CiC) ..... full job details .....
