He is talented inmusic and Mathematics. He loves languages, quizzes, Geography and trains.Anybody who has come across him loves him. He is mostly independent, justrequires minimal assistance in some activities and guidance on navigation.Key Responsibilities- Support access to social, leisure and community activities- Encourage independence, confidence and participation- Assist with development of social and communication skills- Provide supervision and ensure safety at all times- Build a positive and trusting relationshipPerson SpecificationEssential:- Kind, patient and trustworthy- Reliable and committed- Good communication skills- Understanding of confidentiality and safeguardingDesirable:- Experience working with children or individuals with additional needs- Understanding of autism or other relevant conditions- Creative and able to suggest engaging activitiesRequirements- DBS check (will be arranged if successful)- Full UK driving licence- Right to work in the UKWorking arrangementsLocation: Herne BayNumber of roles available: 1Hourly rate: £12.71Hours (Term-time): 3 hoursHours ..... full job details .....
