Personal Care Assistant

Personal Assistant – 4 Hours per Week
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and compassionate Personal Assistant to provide support to a female client for 4 hours per week.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. The client is Brazilian and is looking for someone who can provide practical assistance with day-to-day tasks while offering understanding and encouragement in managing a long-term health condition. The aim is to help her maintain her independence and enjoy a good quality of life.

About the role:
Providing support with correspondence and paperwork
Assisting with banking and managing everyday administration
Supporting the client in the community, including shopping and appointments
Helping with packing for an upcoming house move
Assisting with decluttering and maintaining the home
Offering practical support that adapts to the client''s good and bad health days

About you:
Female applicants are preferred for this role due to the need of personal care.
A full UK driving license is essential. You will be able to use the client''s vehicle.
Physically fit and able to assist with occasional moving and lifting tasks.
Kind, patient, understanding, and a good listener.
Confident, bubbly, and enjoys conversation, as the client is very sociable.
Comfortable around pets, as the client has one dog and two cats.
Reliable, flexible, and respectful of the client''s independence and preferences.
