The setting supports young people with learning disabilities and physical disabilities, providing a supportive environment where learners can develop their independence, confidence and life skills as they prepare for adulthood. The successful candidate will provide a combination of personal care, physical support and day-to-day assistance, working closely with teaching staff and other professionals to ensure learners are supported safely, respectfully and with dignity.
