Mentor Extraordinaire: Build strong, positive relationships with students and help them flourish.Environment Creator: Facilitate a safe and uplifting space where every child can shine.Calm in the Storm: De-escalate challenging situations with patience and understanding.Team Player: Bring your skills to schools across Sheffield.Personal Care Hero: Provide full welfare support, including toileting and feeding, for children who require assistance.Record Keeper Extraordinaire: Maintain toileting and welfare records with care and attention if required.Feeding Champion: Assist pupils during mealtimes as needed.Empowerment Partner: Support pupils with limited abilities in achieving their potential and celebrating their progress.Requirements/Qualifications
