Interim Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant Nottingham 12 Month Fixed Term Contract - Maternity Cover HybridUp to £37,000 per annum.SF Partners are recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a successful and growing Nottingham based business on a 12-month FTC.This is a senior PA opportunity supporting three C-suite executives, including the CEO, CFO and CCO, so we''re looking for someone who is already comfortable operating at this level and can confidently manage multiple senior stakeholders. You''ll be joining a collaborative wider administration team, but will take ownership of keeping the Board organised, managing competing priorities and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. The role: Complex diary management across multiple C-suite executivesCoordinating senior internal and external meetingsPreparing agendas, collating papers and tracking actions and deliverablesOrganising UK and international travel, accommodation and detailed itinerariesManaging expenses accurately and efficientlyCoordinating client meetings and senior stakeholder visitsPreparing meeting materials and supporting meeting logisticsWorking closely with the wider administration team to support senior leadershipOrganising meeting rooms, AV equipment and refreshmentsSupporting with visitors and ensuring a professional experience from arrival through to departureHandling confidential and sensitive information appropriatelyStaying one step ahead of changing priorities ..... full job details .....
