Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimise calendars, including meeting prioritisation, scheduling and rescheduling.Protect time for preparation, focused work and breaks, and avoid unnecessary back-to-back meetings or conflicts.Coordinate meeting invitations, attendees, agendas and relevant materials.Provide scheduling support to Hammer and other relevant members when required.Support travel arrangements, expense claims and routine administrative processes.Required Skills / ExperienceExperience as a PA, EA, Secretary, Project Coordinator, PMO or similar role.Strong calendar and meeting management skills using Outlook, Teams or similar tools.Good judgement, organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to act proactively with limited direction.SC clearance to get business laptop PC.Working ArrangementsRemote working; regular office attendance is not required.T...
