An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to join a busy and collaborative team on a 6-month fixed term contract, supporting senior leadership during a particularly busy period.
This is a varied role where you’ll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly while supporting activity, meetings, and day-to-day coordination.
What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting senior stakeholders with diary coordination and meeting preparation
  • Preparing papers for meetings and ensuring documentation is accurate and circulated on time
  • Taking minutes and formatting reports where required
  • Managing emails and prioritising communications
  • Opening and organising incoming post
  • Acting as a central coordination point between departments
  • Providing proactive administrative support across the wider team
