Hours are 21 a week Monday - Friday can be worked over 5 days or 4 minimum
Hybrid Role 40% of your working time in the office
Commit for 9 weeks
Provide high-level, confidential admin and secretarial support to the director
Duties include:
- Proactive diary and travel management, including complex international itineraries
- Arrange and support internal/external meetings (venues, logistics, refreshments)
- Manage communications, including emails, correspondence, and visitor reception
- Prepare reports, letters, and presentations
- Maintain organised filing systems (digital and paper)
- Manage Directors IT, phone, and expense accounts
- Support departmental events and occasional team travel
- Assist with ad hoc admin tasks and cross-team support as needed
- Participate in relevant training and professional development
Experience Required:
- Candidates will need previous Personal Assistant experience
- Or Carried out similar duties within another role
- Must have strong MS computer skills
- Fantastic Communication skills
