What You''ll Be DoingDelivering excellent written, verbal and telephone communication while assisting with queries on behalf of the teamManaging files and documentation end-to-end, ensuring everything is kept organised and up to dateProviding personal assistance to managers and team members: diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and expense submissionsCoordinating an efficient and accurate billing process and liaising closely with Finance teamsHandling incoming and outgoing post and ensuring the correct management of original documentsSupporting team initiatives and group projects, including internal development and client-focused activityWorking collaboratively with colleagues across the wider organisation to provide a seamless, high-quality serviceAbout YouThe ideal candidate will bring:Extensive experience in an administrative, secretarial or PA roleConfidence working independently with strong organisational and prioritisation skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenA collaborative approach and the ability to build strong working relationshipsA proactive, solution-focused mindsetHigh attention to detail and accuracy in all workPlease note that due to the high volume of applications, only ..... full job details .....
