They are now seeking a Personal Assistant to join their site in Birmingham on a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract.
Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including diary and email management.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes for distribution.
- Organise travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Manage confidential documents and ensure proper filing systems are maintained.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and liaise with suppliers as needed.
- Support ad hoc projects and tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Profile
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
- Proven experience in a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with the industrial and manufacturing sector is advantageous but not essential.
