Personal Assistant
Are you an experienced PA/Secretary and have experience of supporting Senior Management? You will be the first point of contact for the MD and will play an important role in supporting decision making. You will need to be proactive and able to work on your own initiative. There is a salary of £30,000 plus a fantastic benefits package.The Role:Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodation and detailed itineraries.Act as the first point of contact, handling calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of Directors.Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and produce reports and presentations as required.Support the Managing Director as a "co-pilot" by helping to prioritise workload, track key actions, and ensure strategic objectives stay on course.Take ownership of projects, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and progress is maintained.Monitor project timelines, follow up on actions, and proactively remove blockers where possible.Process expenses and support general office administrationAbout You:High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive informationStrong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiativeStrong project coordination skills with attention to detail and ..... full job details .....
